Faked Volumetric Light
A (WIP) VR compatible volumetric light shader for Unity's Built-In render pipeline I made for fun.
It runs on perfectly fine on quest standalone. See the latest version for yourself here: VRChat World Link [Note: the versions in VRChat might not exactly match the content in here]
It looks 3d, it does not use raymarching so perf is good.
This only works with the pyramid included in the package.
It has some noticeable artefacts when the player is inside or behind the cone, but when placed correctly those can mostly be avoided.
If you are going to use this asset for anything public, it would be nice to credit me or link to this page or to consider paying for it.
